When placing your order, an estimated shipment day is indicated on the website. After your order has been placed, this same delivery timeframe will be stated on your order confirmation. The shipping day shown on the website during ordering will always match the one on your confirmation.

 

If you notice that an item in your order has an extended delivery time and you wish to cancel it, please contact our support team as soon as possible at vapenationnbd@gmail.com or call us at +8801890600330. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel the delayed items for you.

Your invoice is automatically generated and sent to your registered email address as soon as your order confirmation is processed. You can also access and download all your past invoices by logging into your V Nation Account and navigating to the “Orders” section.

 

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard local deliveries typically take a few business days. You can track the real-time status of your package using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
